Along with a strong emphasis on the breath, Yoga Basics offers a balance of standing, seated, and balance postures to strengthen, restore and align the body.


As fall approaches this is the time to start moving your body frequently in preparation for the less active winter months.  Movement strengthens our immune system. By choosing to move, we assist the body in staying healthy.
