Yoga for Athletic Conditioning 

Yoga for Athletic Conditioning provides an opportunity for anyone looking to compliment the daily activity in their lives. You need not self-identify as an athlete to join 

 

Yoga for Athletic Conditioning is not athletic yoga; it will compliment the work you do in training. We presume that you've already gotten your workout (and your shower!) in for the day, and we take it slow. Our priority is balance; balance of the body in space, front to back, top to bottom, left to right; and balance between work and rest.
